Huge and frustrating UPDATE!
Especially if you are on the site or sending me an Email after receiving a notification this evening (9/20/24) that a shipment of Art is headed your way.
There is a list on the Bigcartel site that reads “unshipped orders“. It consists of purchases through the site that we shipped privately like we often do to keep rates low. I wanted to remove that list (a list of what looks like unfulfilled orders) so I bulk edited it and one option was “Mark these orders Shipped”.
Apparently BigCartel sent everyone a notice that Art was being shipped to them. I’m really sorry, please ignore it. It’s just a notification of art you’ve already received. Art recieved a long time ago in many cases.
